La Guerite, an open-air restaurant located on a small island called Île Sainte-Marguerite, part of the Lérins Islands off the coast of Cannes.
It already starts on the boat ride to this unique restaurant and you’re not heading here for ‘just lunch’ (or dinner in the summer months)… it’s more than that. It’s about enjoying great food, having fun, and creating lasting memories.
Everything here embodies the Mediterranean – the sea, the decor, the music, the food, and of course, the rosé. As is tradition on the Riviera, we drink rosé. Preferably in large magnum bottles. Because what’s made here just tastes best here.
It’s a great spot to have lunch and party with family and friends – especially on weekends. This is definitely the place to be.

This open-air restaurant is located on a small island called Île Sainte-Marguerite, off the coast of Cannes, and is only accessible by boat. Be sure to book your crossing when you make your reservation. Boats depart every 30 minutes from Port Pierre Canto.
See that fortress? It was once a state prison, where, according to the book, the man in the iron mask was imprisoned.
The decor is light, with shades of sand and beach. The sunlight is beautifully filtered through the semi-transparent sunshade.
And then the view…the shimmering turquoise water with the occasional drifting yacht, and, in the distance, the coast of Cannes. The Mediterranean vibe is in the air and everywhere around you.
The kitchen is led by a Greek chef from Athens. Honest flavors, fresh ingredients. Only the best in quality and service here. But, of course, at a price. Keep in mind, it’s going to be expensive anyway! But once you’re here, you might as well enjoy every moment.
The staff is efficient and friendly, and they know how to play the guests. And that goes literally for the singers and musicians who dance around your table. With full enthusiasm, they bring their entertainment. And of course, we join in! Because it’s a party, remember!”

Book this restaurant well in advance. Reservations are a must, especially on weekends when it gets very busy. But that’s also one of the best times to be here!
A little heads up: don’t let yourself be directed to the right side… the vibe there is significantly less lively.
